Our Commitment

We design our products to be used daily and to last. To support that, our titanium cutting board is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty that covers manufacturing defects and material issues under normal household use.

This warranty is separate from our 60-Day Trial, which allows you to try the board in your kitchen and decide if it’s the right fit for you.

What the Warranty Covers

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • Structural defects that affect normal use

  • Manufacturing flaws not caused by impact or misuse

  • Separation, warping, or defects that occur under regular household food prep

If a covered issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a refund or store credit

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including light scratches or surface marks

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (dropping, impact, excessive force)

  • Damage from improper care or use outside normal kitchen prep

  • Commercial or professional use

  • Changes in appearance that occur naturally with regular use

These are considered normal characteristics of a well-used kitchen tool.

How the Warranty Differs from the 60-Day Trial

  • 60-Day Trial: Designed for trying the product and deciding if it fits your routine

  • Warranty: Protection against manufacturing or material defects after the trial period

The warranty does not cover personal preference or normal use after the trial period ends.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty request, please contact our support team within 1 year of delivery and provide:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos or video showing the concern

This information helps us evaluate the issue quickly and fairly.

Review & Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed:

  • Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion

  • If a replacement is issued, the original product may need to be returned

We aim to review warranty claims promptly and communicate next steps clearly.

Fair Use Policy

This warranty is intended to protect against genuine defects, not to cover normal wear or damage from improper use. We reserve the right to deny claims that fall outside the terms outlined above.
