60-Day Trial

We want you to feel confident using our products in your own kitchen. That’s why we offer a 60-day trial on our titanium cutting board.

Use it, cook with it, and see how it fits into your daily routine. If it’s not the right fit, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.


How Returns Work

To start a return within the 60-day trial, please contact our support team and include your order number. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with simple instructions for sending the item back.

The board may be used during the trial period and should be returned in reasonable condition. Normal signs of everyday kitchen use are acceptable.


Return Shipping

For returns requested during the 60-day trial, return shipping costs may apply. When applicable, the cost of the return shipping label may be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll provide a return label at no cost and take care of the issue.


Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Approved exchanges will be replaced at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Requests made after the 60-day trial period

  • Items returned in poor condition due to misuse, abuse, or excessive damage

  • Products showing wear beyond normal household kitchen use
